It was like two different days so I made two different colleges today. Cold, rainy and foggy in Duluth....
But quite nice down by our cabin. We went "uptown" shopping today and had lunch at our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Jims is a traditional soup called Pho and I had a rice noodle dish called Bun Cha Gio. It has a lettuce and cucumbers on the bottom, then a layer of rice noodles, a sliced egg roll, thin pieces of roast pork and other garnishments on the top. As usual I brought half of it home with me.
